Managed services include day-to-day operation, upkeep and up-gradation of network equipment to ensure that the performance is maintained at or above agreed quality levels. We support OEMs and operators in the management of their technical infrastructure. We have a rich pool of well-trained technical and management resources. Using these resources and our extensive experience of network connectivity, we are able to engage our customers through different service models like deployment of trained manpower to SLA-based activity for preventive/ corrective maintenance.
